Product description

Digital thermal film has been specially engineered to provide superior adhesion performance on digitally printed outputs.

Digital anti-scratch lamination film is an acryl coated, biaxially oriented polypropylene foil; the backside is coated with EVA Hotmelt. The EVA needs some time for optimal curing. The time for curing depends on the used base material and should be tested before further processing. The thickness of the film is 30 μm (+/- 5 %); the foil can be used for materials of various kinds. The optimum processing temperature of the laminating roll is between 95°C and 115°C.
